Out of your mind? You're not.
Sometimes a lot of the time spent in the house inhibits our exposure to the Sun and its hormonal benefits. You may be feeling generally unwell. Often we don't understand how the Sun on our skin affects the way we feel.
You can still sit outside on your porch, backyard, or public parks and allow the sun to cover your skin. There are beneficial foods that will assist your health and wellness - foods high in Vitamin D for instance would be highly effective.
This is also a time where we're called to enter into spaces (physical or otherwise) that contribute to our wellness. Now's not the time for distractions and things that provide very little in return. Conscious movement and movement towards the things that matter. Significantly reduce-to-eliminate time spent in one-sided or empty relationships, unhealthy habits, and other distractions.
Some also say it's planetary.
But no, you're not alone. Many of us are "feeling it" - we also will need to take the time to check in with our bodies since that "flow" of second nature activity we were so comfortable having "back when the world was normal" is over as we know it.
